Dr. Marta Antonelli works with high-profile experts and institutions on a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects at the science-policy interface, across socio-economic, political and environmental sciences.

She aims to turn scientific knowledge into actionable analyses and tools for companies, policymakers, international organizations and multilateral groups with the goal of leading them towards sustainable development.

LIFE Climate Smart Chefs

The project leverages on the role of chefs to promote a new approach in gastronomy, to fight food waste, reduce environmental impacts and establish healthier food habits.

The European Commission initiated a project to explore possible building blocks for the legislative framework of the Farm to Fork Strategy, based on a participatory and system-based approach.
